Syndicase invests in legal assets — such as litigation, arbitration, and bankruptcy claims. We also selectively invest in private credit where there is uncertainty around a legal catalyst.

We strive to help the plaintiffs, claimants, law firms, and co-investors who work with us maximize claim value by serving as a strategic partner to them throughout the dispute and recovery process.

 

Our focus is commercial, intellectual property, bankruptcy, investor rights, and consumer rights disputes. While not subject-matter agnostic, we will consider for investment all meritorious legal claims presented to us.

We seek to invest in claims where a reasonable estimate of the recovery is at least $2 million. Our ability to underwrite and invest in claims of this size differentiates us from most funders. We will consider exceptionally strong claims with estimated recoveries below $2 million.
